UPHS – Marquette Laboratory provides a complete array of core testing. Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation Studies, Urinalysis, Immunology and Therapeutic drug monitoring are all performed in this area.
All testing is performed by certified Lab Technicians, Specialists or Medical Lab Scientists, with oversight by Board Certified Pathologists. Many of the assays in the core lab are performed daily and offer excellent turn-around-time. All assays meet and exceed all regulatory requirements including; CLIA, TJC. Proficiency testing is utilized for all assays. The test menu in the Core Laboratory is diverse and includes many esoteric tests as well.
